1. Fill ONLY the area outside the inner chamber with water near to the top;

(keep the inner chamber empty of water at best or else it may stick to it)

2. Place in the freezer flat surface area (with the spill-proof lid);

3. Wait for a few hours (usually ~3hrs) for water within to freeze;

4. Move ice cubes to the outer chamber:
a) After ice cubes are frozen, take the entire cube holder out of the freezer and separate the inner chamber from the outer chamber.

b) Dump the ice that's in the inner chamber into the outer chamber and gently squish the flexible silicone of the outer chamber to break your ice up into small pieces.

c) Once it's broken up into pieces you find small enough, it'll be ready to use. Enjoy!
